Technical notes

Repair log and technical case notes

Short notes on the issues we look for: broken lead paths, technical SEO blockers, performance regressions and quality checks after fixes.

  1. [NOTE #01] - Technical audit pattern

A service website has traffic, but enquiries are weak.

    • Checked: mobile CTA visibility, form friction, metadata, canonical signals and speed blockers.
    • Risk: visitors can reach the page, but the next contact step is unclear or fragile.
    • Output: a prioritised repair list with P1/P2/P3 issues and a safe implementation plan.
    [DIAGNOSTIC NOTE]
  2. [NOTE #02] - Post-fix quality check

Every technical fix needs a clear closeout check.

    • Checked: internal links, canonical URL, sitemap entry, schema consistency and contact flow.
    • Risk: a small fix can create a layout, SEO or tracking regression if it is not verified.
    • Output: a short receipt showing what changed, what was tested and what remains for the next stage.
