If we choose a SaaS tool, there may be a vendor subscription. We show this cost before implementation so there are no surprises after launch.

Do you build from scratch?

Only when it makes sense. We first try to solve the problem with configuration, automation or a lightweight panel. Custom is a decision after analysis.

What about customer data?

We design roles, access, exports and basic retention rules. Full privacy documents must match the real company process and selected tool.
